Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment being confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

We offer the following flat-rate delivery options within the United Kingdom:

Second Class Tracked — £3.00

First Class Tracked — £5.99

Estimated delivery times vary by service, but most UK orders arrive within 1–5 business days of dispatch.

EU Delivery

EU Flat Rate — EUR 13.99

Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days. Please note that customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country — these are the responsibility of the recipient.

International Delivery

International Flat Rate — $16.99

Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days. Customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Rest of World

For destinations outside our standard zones, shipping is calculated at checkout via DHL Express or FedEx based on your location and order weight. Rates and estimated delivery times will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Packaging

Every order from Dans Flowers 28 is packed with care. Delicate items such as brooches, ceramic flowers, and keepsakes are individually wrapped to protect them during transit. We want your gift to arrive exactly as intended — beautiful and ready to give.
